The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to recommend the best places to visit and eat. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as air conditioning and an espresso machine. The old-world ambience of the building added to the charm, and the 24-hour reception desk provided an added sense of security. it was a wonderful experience with a real Sicilian feel.
